Classes
In Boise
The most popular option, intensive English classes offer the perfect learning environment.
There are no more than 10 students in each class, all with a similar level. Your group will be guided through grammar, pronunciation, comprehension, and conversation. You’ll have a course book, homework, and regular exams and assessments throughout your course. Classes meet in Boise Monday through Thursday on two different schedules, part-time and full-time (see below for details). Classes are offered year-round.
Why our program works?
Structure
Expertise
Every instructor at CR Languages has native fluency in the language and they’ve learned other languages themselves (many have learned three or four!). We know what it’s like to be you, and we know the pathway to fluency. Plus, with average instructor tenures of 5+ years and in-house training, the instructors know how to teach a good class.
Accountability
The group setting means you won’t want to let your classmates down. You’ll correct your homework at the beginning of each lesson, and regular quizzes ensure you understand important topics.

Testimonials
Julieta's Story
“I was so afraid of making mistakes when I first moved to the US. I felt like I should be speaking perfect English. Can you imagine the looks on my students’ faces in my first classes, when I asked them to fill out a ‘sh**t’ and not ‘sheet’?
But the fear of making mistakes is what held me back for so long. In order to learn to speak, we must be comfortable making mistakes. And in order to feel comfortable making mistakes, we need to build the right environment in the classroom.”

FAQS
The minimum age is 17, and most students span a range from 25-65+.
Anyone who wishes to skip the first level is required to take a placement test. For English, the placement test is online. There is a $50 fee for the test, but that $50 is then discounted from your class if you enroll. To schedule your placement test, please get in touch.
Homework will be assigned each week and is a very important part of the learning process. In addition to homework, students should also study vocabulary and grammar topics on their own. Students should expect to dedicate 2-3 hours per week outside of class to homework and studying.
Yes! You’ll be connected with all of your classmates and teacher in a private chat group in our student portal, which encourages students to meet up outside of class to study and practice together. You’ll also have access to additional online resources. Plus, if you’re ever feeling stuck, our director, Julieta, has an open-door policy for students that need support.
CR Languages is not authorized to issue student visas as of January 2024. However, we are an accredited school through ACCET, and have begun the application process to issue the form I-20. This process could take up to 4-8 months, or more. Please contact us for an update.
